Embark on a culinary adventure with a half-day cooking class in Hanoi, where you'll not only refine your cooking skills but also explore the vibrant local market. Guided by a skilled Hanoian Chef, you'll immerse yourself in the rich flavors and diverse ingredients that define Vietnamese cuisine.

Hanoi is renowned not only for its lakes, shaded avenues, green public parks, and "tube houses" but also for its gastronomy and culinary diversity. Vietnamese cuisine distinguishes itself through a delicate balance of aromatic herbs, fresh meats, and selective use of spices, creating a subtle and captivating taste experience. The meticulous combination of fresh ingredients contributes to Vietnamese cuisine being considered one of the healthiest in the world.

In this half-day cooking class at a charming local restaurant, you'll have the opportunity to discover, appreciate, and carefully select the ingredients that constitute the finesse and subtlety of Vietnamese dishes. You can choose between morning and afternoon sessions:

  • Morning: 9:00 AM to 1:30 PM
  • Afternoon: 3:00 PM to 7:30 PM

Program Highlights:

  • Accompany the Chef to the local market, where you'll explore various local spices, medicinal herbs, and vegetables. The Chef will explain the selection criteria, allowing you to touch, smell, and taste while engaging in friendly interactions with local vendors.
  • Select fresh products and spices while sharing the Chef's secrets for successful cooking.
  • Choose one of the following menus for preparation:
    • Menu 1: Vietnamese Gastronomy
      • Beef Noodle Soup (Phở)
      • Grilled Pork with Fresh Noodles
      • Fried Spring Rolls (Nem)
      • Banana Flower Salad with Chicken
    • Menu 2: Hanoi Gastronomy
      • Rice Dumplings (Bánh Cuốn)

      • Chicken Noodle Soup

The cooking session concludes around 12:30 PM, followed by the ultimate pleasure: tasting the dish you've prepared. Cherish shared laughter in a moment of pure conviviality.
