Co Le Pagoda, Xuan Thuy National Park Cruise, Bach Long Salt Fields, and Local Life Discovery
7:30 AM: Your guide and driver will pick you up from your hotel, heading to the city of Nam Dinh.
9:30 AM: Explore the magnificent Co Le Pagoda, a Buddhist place of worship with a lotus-shaped structure standing on a tortoise. Witness the interplay between Christianity and Buddhism, showcased in its remarkable architecture combining Buddhist and Gothic elements. Rebuilt in 1902, it stands as a testament to cultural fusion.
10:00 AM: Depart for Xuan Thuy National Park. Upon arrival, board a boat along the Tra River towards Con Ngan Island to explore the park, recognized by Ramsar as Southeast Asia's first mangrove and designated by UNESCO as a biosphere reserve in the Red River Delta. Discover traditional clam cultivation techniques and mangrove ecosystems. November offers an opportunity to spot various bird species in the mangrove forest.

3:00 PM: Visit a fish sauce factory to witness traditional methods used in producing this famous sauce. Then, embark on a car journey to Bach Long Salt Fields to explore traditional salt harvesting techniques using sand. Marvel at the picturesque salt marshes, especially during the harvest season (March to August). Engage in the salt harvesting process, gaining insights into local life.
Return to Hanoi, arriving around 7:00 PM.
