7:30 AM: Departure for Mo Cay in the heart of the Mekong Delta.

10:00 AM: Upon arrival at Thom Market, a short walk under the coconut trees' shade to reach the dock, followed by a rowing boat ride along the small canals bordering the palm groves.

Embark on a boat to visit Thom Market, a well-known place for coconut trading and its artisan workshops for coconut fiber and activated charcoal. Explore the enchanting and verdant landscapes of the Mekong Delta.

12:00 PM: The boat sails through the Co Chien River to reach Con Ho Island, an authentic area covered with coconut gardens and orchards.

1:00 PM: Visit some families involved in tourism on Con Ho Island. Experience foot soaking in medicinal herbs at Hai Trai.

Next, visit Vu Minh's pomelo garden and taste the pomelos if they are in season.

Lunch at Mrs. Ba Phi's place.

3:00 PM: Return aboard the boat to the dock.

Depart for Cau Ke, Tra Vinh. Take a walk around the village.

Evening: You can participate in making traditional Vietnamese pancakes. Dinner and overnight stay at Suonsia Homestay.

Bike ride through Khmer villages and along country roads where you will have the opportunity to meet the locals and discover their daily life. Visit the ancient Theravada Buddhist pagodas and the old Huynh Ky house built in the early 20th century in a typically colonial style. This house is a true architectural masterpiece with its relief statues, wood carvings with various motifs.

Next, visit the coconut nectar company, discovering the traditional work of local residents who collect honey from coconut flowers.

Afternoon: Depart for Long Xuyen. Overnight in Long Xuyen.

Early departure at 5:00 AM by boat to visit the bustling and authentic Long Xuyen Floating Market.

Bike or tuk-tuk ride along the arroyos on Mister Tiger's Island (Cu Lao Ong Ho). Here, you will discover typical houses with magnificent decorations and meet interesting people living in the riverine area.

Continue to Sadec, known for its flowers, bonsai, and the novel "L'Amant" by Marguerite Duras. Visit the bonsai village of Tan Qui Dong, Sadec market, and the former house of Huynh Thuy Le, once the lover of Marguerite Duras. Take a walk along the river lined with beautiful colonial houses. Return to Hochiminh-City.
